Ragi Nirmal Singh Nagpuri

Bhai Nirmal Singh, a young raagi is trained in classical music and refined the art of Gurbani Kirtan. He has been trained by number of music masters. His voice is deep, melodious, and seasoned by ryaz. Bhai Sahab grew up in Nagpur, and is now currently residing in Amritsar in which he is the Hazoori Ragi at Sri Harminder Sahib, Amritsar. He has been abroad to countries such as USA, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand, and many other countries where he has performed. He has released over fourteen CD's which are very popular and available throughout the world at local shops.

A peep into Bhai Sahibs life

Bhai sahib completed his higher studies from Wesleyan English Medium School Rajnandgaon,Chhattisgarh,India.Bhai sahibs sister was his first music teacher.First shabad
taught to bhai sahib was Laal Laal Mohan Gopal Tu...........After that bhai sahib play tabla with his pitaji for seven years.Bhai sahibs father is a kathavaachak .Bhai sahib got there music training from Saheed Sikh Missionary College Amritsar in the year 1991-1993.In the year 1994-1995 bhai sahib provided his seva at Patna Sahib.In 1998 bhai sahib joined SGPC and started his first sewa at Takht shri Anandpur Sahib.In 1991 joined Shri Darbar Sahib till 2001.Bhai sahib resigned in 2001 and pay his first visit to Canada.In the year 2007 bhai sahib again joined Shri Harmandir sahib.During his duties ( at Golden Temple)bhai sahib visited America in 2009.For the first time ever, White House celebrated the Sikh festival Gurpurab (Gurparab) , marking the birth anniversary of Sikh Guru Nanak Dev ji.The White House and the Sikh community celebrated the 540th Gurpurab (birth anniversary) of Guru Nanak Sahib Ji by holding a celestial musical performance .
Traditional kirtan with harmonium and tabla was performed by Bhai sahib with a translation of the hymns.In 2010 once again bhai sahib performed his kirtan at White house.Right now bhai sahib is in America(california).
